By purchasing any paid membership on PositiveSingles App, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Billing Policy.


1. Subscription Management

All paid memberships are subscription-based and may automatically renew unless canceled.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Go to your profile settings
  • Select Membership & Billing
  • Turn off auto-renewal
Canceling auto-renewal will stop future charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Eligible situations may include:

  • Duplicate or incorrect charges
  • Technical or processing errors
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
  • Service availability issues
  • Where required under applicable consumer protection laws

Refund outcomes may vary depending on usage, subscription status, and payment method. Possible outcomes include:

  • Full refund
  • Partial (prorated) refund
  • Non-refund if significant service usage has occurred

3. Digital Services & Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)

Users in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) may have a statutory right to withdraw from digital purchases within 14 days.

If you explicitly agree to immediate access to digital services at the time of purchase, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be waived once the service begins.

4. United Kingdom & Other Regions

Users in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions may be protected under local consumer laws. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable legislation.


5. Apple App Store & Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through Apple App Store or other third-party platforms, refund requests must be handled directly by the respective platform.

We are not able to process refunds for payments managed by third-party billing systems.


6. Billing Information

Charges may appear under different billing descriptors depending on your payment provider.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with a charge, we encourage you to contact support before initiating a chargeback.

This allows us to review and resolve issues more quickly and fairly. During dispute investigations, account access may be temporarily restricted.


8. Taxes & Currency

Applicable taxes (such as VAT or GST) may be applied depending on your location.

Payments may be processed in USD or other currencies depending on your region and payment provider. Any additional currency conversion fees are determined by your financial institution.


9. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Additional time may be required depending on your payment provider or bank.

We may update this Refund & Billing Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal, operational, or regulatory requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
