1. Connections (Winks)
What is a Connection Request?
- A simple way to express interest in another member
- Helps start a conversation without pressure
- Appears in the recipient’s chat area
- The recipient can choose to respond or ignore
Usage Limits
- Standard Members: Limited daily connection requests
- Premium Members: Unlimited connection requests
You can always level up your membership to unlock unlimited communication features.
2. Messaging & Conversations
Private Messages
- Start private conversations with other members
- Control who can message you
- Manage your communication preferences anytime
Unsend Messages
- Hover or tap on a message
- Select the options menu (…) and choose Unsend
- Messages can only be removed within a limited time window
When a message is removed, the system may notify the other member for transparency.
3. Chat Privacy Controls
Hide Conversations
- Open a chat
- Select the menu (…)
- Choose Hide Conversation
Unhide Conversations
- Go to Settings → Privacy
- Open Hidden Conversations
- Select Unhide
Hidden conversations are not deleted. They remain stored securely and can be restored anytime.
4. Pin Important Conversations
Pinning allows you to keep important conversations at the top of your chat list for easy access.

- Pin or unpin conversations anytime
- Keep meaningful connections easily accessible
5. Video Calls
How to Start a Video Call
- Open a conversation
- Tap the video icon
- Wait for the other member to accept
From Profile Page
- Visit a member’s profile
- Select Start Video Call
- Allow camera and microphone permissions
We recommend getting comfortable through messaging first before starting a video call.
6. Chat History
- Go to the Chats tab
- Select a conversation
- Scroll to view full chat history
7. Auto-Reply (Offline Mode)
Manage Auto-Reply
- Go to Settings → Messaging
- Enable or disable Auto-Reply
- Customize your offline message
Auto-Reply helps maintain communication when you are offline. You can turn it off anytime.
