Membership, Billing & Refund Policy

This page explains how subscriptions, billing cycles, automatic renewal, and refunds work on PositiveSingles App. We are committed to transparency, user control, and consumer protection compliance.


1. Subscription Information


1.1 How to View Your Subscription

  • Tap your profile avatar
  • Go to Settings
  • Select Subscription
  • View your current plan and expiration date

1.2 Payment Methods

We currently support the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit Cards
  • CCBill secure payment processing
Some payment methods may not be available in all regions.

2. Automatic Renewal


2.1 How Renewal Works

All subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default to ensure uninterrupted access to premium features.

  • Your plan renews for the same duration
  • You are charged at the then-current rate unless notified
  • Renewal continues until you cancel

2.2 How to Cancel Renewal

  • Go to Settings → Subscription
  • Select Manage Subscription
  • Click Cancel Renewal
  • Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

  • You retain premium access until the end of your billing period
  • Your account will automatically return to standard access after expiration

3. Refund Policy


3.1 Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund depending on your payment status and usage history. Refunds may be approved in cases such as:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical billing errors
  • Unauthorized transactions

Most requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days.

3.2 Billing Descriptions

Card statements may appear as:

  • POSITIVE*SINGLES
  • PS APP SUBSCRIPTION

CCBill transactions may appear as:

  • CCBill.com *POSITIVE

3.3 Charge Disputes

If you believe there is an incorrect charge, please contact support before initiating a dispute with your bank. This helps us resolve issues faster and avoid unnecessary account restrictions.

4. Payment Issues


4.1 Payment Declined

  • Verify billing information is correct
  • Ensure sufficient funds are available
  • Contact your bank if needed
  • Try an alternative payment method

4.2 Payment Requirements

  • Card must support online international payments
  • Billing address must match card records
  • Some prepaid cards may not be supported

4.3 PayPal

PayPal is currently not supported. Please use a supported card or payment processor.


5. Apple / iOS Subscriptions


How to Cancel on iOS

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your Apple ID
  3. Select Subscriptions
  4. Choose PositiveSingles App
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

If no cancel option is visible, your subscription may already be canceled.
