Welcome to the official account help guide for PositiveSingles App. Here you can manage your account, update your profile, adjust privacy settings, and resolve login issues in a safe and private environment.

1. Account Basics

How Do I Sign Out?

  • Click your profile avatar in the top navigation.
  • Select Sign Out.
  • If using a shared device, clear browser data for added privacy.

Membership Types

Standard Member

  • Create and manage your profile
  • Upload photos (based on your privacy settings)
  • Basic search and discovery
  • Send connection requests
  • Reply to messages from other members

Premium Member

  • Unlimited messaging and connections
  • Advanced search filters
  • Full privacy controls and visibility settings
  • Hide profile from search
  • Change username
  • Enhanced experience features
To level up your membership, go to your account dashboard and select Upgrade.

2. Login & Account Recovery

Login Issues

  • Double-check your email and password
  • Ensure there are no extra spaces or typos
  • Try resetting your password if needed

Forgot Your Password?

  • Click Forgot Password
  • Enter your registered email address
  • Check your inbox and spam folder
  • Follow the reset instructions (link expires after 24 hours)

Account Access Issues

If your account appears restricted or under review, it may have been flagged by our safety system for verification. Please contact support for assistance.

3. Profile Settings

Edit Your Profile

  • Go to your profile page
  • Select Edit Profile
  • Update your information and save changes

Change Username

Username changes are available for Premium members.

Change Email or Password

  • Go to Settings → Account

Privacy Controls

You can manage your visibility and privacy preferences anytime.

  • Control who can view your profile
  • Adjust photo visibility
  • Manage anonymous or hidden mode

Delete or Deactivate Account

  • Go to Settings → Account
  • Select Delete or Deactivate
  • Confirm your password
Account Policy:
• Deactivated accounts can be restored within a limited period.
• Some information may be retained for safety and legal compliance.
• Certain content may remain visible according to platform policies.
